Returns & Exchanges – Elora London
We hope you're delighted with your order, but if something isn't quite right, you’re welcome to return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. We’ve made the process simple and straightforward.

Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to register your return.
Your return parcel must be received by us within this 30-day window.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition, with all tags attached

  • Suitable for resale

Please note:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Sale items can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit

  • For Buy 1, Get 1 Free promotions:

    • Both items must be returned if you’re requesting a full refund

    • If you'd like to exchange just one item, you may return that item only

Return Costs
Returns are made at your own cost. You are responsible for sending the item back to our return address. Shipping fees vary depending on your courier and location.

Return Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 10 working days after receipt

  • You will receive tracking details once your return is on its way

  • Refunds are issued within 3–5 working days after your return has been processed
